Park Place Retail are delighted to have appointed Henry Elwess as a Partner in their agency team.
Henry will work alongside James Potter, Grant Imlah, David Marsden, Andrew Cherry and George Stratton on their landlord instructions, which cover 23 million sq ft of retail warehouse space. Henry will also continue to work with his retailer clients, Boots and Wickes.

Park Place Retail was founded in November 2023 by 8 partners, all of whom previously worked together at Avison Young for 5 years and the retail warehouse specialist Wilkinson Williams prior to that.
