In recent years, our agency team has been advising landlords in asset managing over 23 million sq ft of retail assets, comprising some of the UK’s very best out of town retail schemes. Our expertise covers a diverse range of schemes, from fashion and shopping parks attracting over 10 million shoppers per annum, to the more traditional bulky goods parks and the increasingly popular discount and convenience schemes.

With extensive leasing success in recent years, we are proud to have a void rate that is consistently below the national average.

We also have a strong and longstanding relationship with many retailers, and are retained by JD, Hobbycraft, Halfords, Currys, Boots and Wickes. We advise these clients on new store acquisitions, disposals, asset management and relocations – looking to better shape their property portfolios, so that they align with their evolving business strategies.
