Following 25 new openings in 2021-2023, @JD are opening the following 8 new retail park stores in 2024:-

- Bromborough – The Croft Retail & Leisure Park (upsize)
- Chester – Broughton Shopping Park (upsize)
- Colchester – Tollgate Centre
- Middlesbrough – Cleveland Retail Park
- Sheffield – St James Retail Park
- Swansea – Morfa Shopping Park
JD are looking for further opportunities for 2025. The typical requirement is for 6,000-10,000 sq ft on ground floor on large retail parks containing other high street retailers.
