Acting for LondonMetric plc, Park Place Retail sold the Gateway Retail Park in Weymouth to clients of Colliers Capital for £14.3 million. The scheme was completed in 2022 and comprises 51,000 sq ft let on long leases to B&M, Dunelm, McDonald’s and Costa, with a WAULT to break of 12.4 years. The price reflected an NIY of 5.75%. Allsop acted for the purchasers.
